of delay affects 1-year mortality.SOLUTION:Mobile app which enable EMS staff to scan recorded ECG on the site and immediately transfer it for consultation to the handheld device of the cardiologist in the nearest cardiocentre.
It enables primary transfer of all confirmed STEMI patients directly to cardiocentres and activate invasive team in the centre in advance.
The app has real potential to improve clinical outcome including mortality of patients in everyday clinical practice.
In the same time the app increases availability of EMS for other patients.
